Mingyur Rinpoche visit to Cardiff in 2009

It seems increasingly unlikely that Mingyur Rinpoche will be able to visit the UK this year due to an extended US tour followed by newly arisen commitments in Sherabling. When we spoke to him in Tergar Monastery, Bodha Gaya, India, recently he gave this advice to his Mahamudra students: "Continue with mandala practice until commitment is complete then continue with shine meditation and resting in nature of mind. If you want to continue your mandala practice of course you can do so".

 Lama Rabsang is available for a refresher on the mandala practice or shine meditation if you feel you need it; and nature of mind retreats are held regularly at the centre. Just call to book a meeting anytime.
