Pauliina Kossi
CENTRE MANAGER
Pauliina’s responsibility is the daily running of the Centre, annual teaching programme, publicity, communications & office email, recruitment & interviews of the residential volunteers, Lama Rabsang’s travels and appointments. She also leads the Tuesday meditation sessions.

David Hunt
CENTRE’S KITCHEN MANAGER, COOK, RETREAT ROOM COORDINATOR
Dave is looking after the Centre’s kitchen and currently cooking for the volunteering team and staff, as well as for the group retreats (also winter retreat) and courses.
Dave also manages the retreat room bookings and enquiries.

2nd Residential Volunteer
POSITION OPEN
We are looking for 2nd residential volunteer in our team. This is a general volunteer / housekeeper / caretaker / volunteer coordinator position, specifics depending on the skills and interests of the volunteer.
We think this position might be suitable for you if you want to seriously engage in personal Dharma practice, you have a wish to give through serving and you have good team working & communication skills.

Gareth Jones
CHAIR OF THE TRUSTEES
Gareth has been a dedicated supporter of Lama Rabsang and the Centre already for well over a decade, helping with the building works and participating in the activities. In 2011 he also became a trustee of Sherabling-UK LTD., in 2017 he became a chair of trustees.

Joan Foy
TRUSTEE, TREASURER
Joan has been attending the Centre regularly for over 10 years. She has been a dedicated supporter, volunteer and participant in the activities during this time, and she also became a trustee and a treasurer of the charity, Sherabling-UK LTD., in 2020.

Ruth Brown
TRUSTEE, SECRETARY
Ruth has known Lama Rabsang since 2004 when the Centre was in Llandridod Wells, and has been a dedicated supporter, volunteer and participant at the Centre since then. She became a trustee in 2022.
