Phil’s responsibility is the daily running of the Centre, communications & office email, recruitment & interviews of the residential volunteers, Lama Rabsang’s travels and appointments.

CENTRE’S KITCHEN MANAGER, COOK, RETREAT ROOM COORDINATOR

Dave is looking after the Centre’s kitchen and currently cooking for the volunteering team and staff, as well as for the group retreats (also winter retreat) and courses.

Dave also manages the retreat room bookings and enquiries.

HOUSEKEEPER

Ruby’s responsibility is the general housekeeping at the Centre, and she is also meeting and greeting our retreatants and visitors.

CHAIR OF THE TRUSTEES

Gareth has been a dedicated supporter of Lama Rabsang and the Centre already for well over a decade, helping with the building works and participating in the activities. In 2011 he also became a trustee of Sherabling-UK LTD., in 2017 he became a chair of trustees.

Joan has been attending the Centre regularly for over 10 years. She has been a dedicated supporter, volunteer and participant in the activities during this time, and she also became a trustee and a treasurer of the charity, Sherabling-UK LTD., in 2020.

Ruth has known Lama Rabsang since 2004 when the Centre was in Llandridod Wells, and has been a dedicated supporter, volunteer and participant at the Centre since then. She became a trustee in 2022.
