Anniversary of Buddha's Enlightenment and Parinirvana

On the auspicious occasion of commemorating Buddha's enlightenment and parinirvana, we will hold a practice day which can be attended both in person & online. You can join one or more sessions. More details below:
On the auspicious day of Saga Dawa (anniversary of Buddha’s enlightenment and parinirvana), we will hold a practice day at the Centre. The practice day will end with Praises of the 12 Deeds of the Buddha and light offerings. Some sessions are also online.
On this day the potency of all actions is multiplied 100 million times, thus practice of virtue and actions to accumulate merit (positive potential) is encouraged.
You can attend in person or through Zoom, for one or more sessions. If you plan to attend in person, please let us know.
If you wish to take refuge on a day, kindly contact the office well in time.

OFFERINGS
It is traditional to make offerings in the shrine on these auspicious days, expressing our gratitude for the Three Jewels. If you wish, you can bring flowers, candles, fruits or incense. If you cannot attend in person, but would like to make an offerings towards the shrine, you can do so through the link below, and we will buy the flowers, incense and candles on your behalf. Please remember to write as a reference "Saga Dawa" and email us to let us know, so we know what your offering is for.
